When it comes to vegan breakfast, I almost always choose savory. So many incredible flavors! Some of my go-to breakfasts include Mexican Tofu Scramble, Vegan Huevos Ranchers, and this Vegan Tofu Breakfast Bowl.
But when I'm in a hurry, I just opt for my simple Vegan Scrambled Eggs.
