Ingredients
  • 2 (14 oz) cans diced tomatoes, no salt added
  • 1/2 cup red or white onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 jalapeƱo, seeded and chopped
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
Instructions
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and blend until it resembles your favorite restaurant-style salsa, between 30-60 seconds.

  2. Taste to adjust seasonings.

  3. Serve with your favorite chips or store in an airtight container until ready to use. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
