  • Soak the chia seeds in water for ten minutes until thick and gelatinous. Transfer to blender, along with all the other smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a bowl and top with granola, raspberries, and cacao nibs.
  • Enjoy with a spoon!
