Make your french fries healthier with the air fryer! Try these crispy air fryer rosemary french fries with vegan lemon aioli.
Wash and pat dry the potatoes. Using a sharp knife, evenly slice the potatoes into thin fries, about 1/2" inch around. Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 20 minutes. This removes excess starch and allows the fries to crisp up nicely.
After 20 minutes, drain the water and rinse the potatoes. Transfer them into a medium-size bowl and toss with coconut oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Place the potatoes into your air fryer basket and cook at 400 for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the air fryer and let cool 5 minutes.
While fries are cooking, combine ingredients for lemon aioli.
Serve immediately with lemon aioli.
The cooking time will depend on the width of your fries. Check them after 18-20 minutes to prevent burning.
