Soak the goji berries and chia seeds separately for 15 minutes until the goji berries have rehydrated and the chia seeds are gelatinous and thick. Drain any excess water.
Place all the ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend until all the ingredients are incorporated and the mixture completely smooth.
Serve chilled.
Notes
Depending on the strength of your blender, you may want to pour the smoothie through a strainer before drinking.
