  1. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil in a medium sauce pan. Stir in oatmeal, chia seeds, and salt. Cover and remove from heat. Let oatmeal cook for about 25 minutes until thick and creamy and all the water has evaporated.
  2. Mix in almond milk and maple syrup and serve with desired toppings.
