10 Minute Vegan Sloppy Joes

Ingredients You'll Need:

Step One

Saute the veggies with the vegan butter over medium heat.  Once they are translucent, add the meatless crumbles and cook till thawed

Step Two

Add the remaining ingredients and mix to incorporate. Turn the heat to low and simmer until all the liquid has evaporated and you have a thick meat sauce. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.

Step Three

Add ¾-1 cup of filling to the bottom of a toasted bun. Top with top bun and serve immediately.

Recipe Tips and Tricks:

-If you use tempeh instead of crumbles, grate it on the large side of a box grater - Some crumbles come packed similar to ground meat.  Make sure to break this up into small crumbles while cooking
