Pumpkin Waffles with Maple Cream

Ingredients You'll Need:

Flour Baking soda Baking powder Salt Cinnamon Ground ginger Nutmeg Ground cloves Almond milk Pumpkin puree Maple syrup Coconut oil Vanilla extract

Step One

In a bowl combine flour, baking powder and soda, salt, and spices. In a separate bowl whisk together the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together until just combined.

Step Two

Cook batter in waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions.

Step Three

Serve the waffles warm with Maple Cashew Cream or coconut whipped cream, toasted pecans or hazelnuts, and maple syrup.
