Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • juice of 2 lime
  • 3 ounce white rum
  • about 10 fresh mint leaves chopped
  • ice

Instructions

  • In a blender combine watermelon, agave nectar, and the juice of 1 lime. Blend completely. Strain twice through a fine mesh strainer.
  • In a shaker combine watermelon juice, rum, and mint leaves. Shake and pour over ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and watermelon.
