Ingredients
  • 1 14 ounce can chickpea, drained and liquid reserved
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons reserved chickpea liquid
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons paprika
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. In a food processor combine all the ingredients. Blend until very smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  2. Serve with desired toppings and crackers, pita, or vegetables.
  3. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
